Recertification Application

Certification with the Chicago Minority Supplier Development Council (ChicagoMSDC) needs to be renewed annually. The renewal process requires the submission of the recertification application, along with the most recent copy of the company's tax returns and the membership fee. Paperwork should be submitted within 30-60 days of the expiration date.

For the fastest process, recertify online.


Log into the NMSDC website using your company e-mail address or log in credentials. You will find the application under the "My Home" tab. Documents can be uploaded to your application. Upon completion payment should be submitted online with a credit/debit card.

Alternative slower process: paper submissions are also accepted. Please complete the recertification application (PDF) and submit a hard copy to our Certification Department: 105 W. Adams Street, Suite 2300, Chicago, IL 60603.
